Time Flies... When you are having fun

Hey All

So I have not wrote a blog in a very long time :(

For the first part of the month I was very sick with a sinus headache which meant I was sleeping a lot. On one of my days off I had slept in till 5:30 pm.

I have been to Magic Kingdom  a lot this month. I have also been to Hollywood Studios a lot.

My aunt, uncle and cousin just visited Disney so I was really lucky and got to spend some time with them. It felt so good to see some of my family. I am also really lucky because I will get to see more of my family on Saturday.

I am sure that I am missing a whole lot more of information but I will add another post soon I hope.

Holy Cow.... It has been a month

Hey Everyone

I apologize for being so far behind in my blog posts. It has been so crazy lately. I am also writing this today before I go to work because I have officially been here for a month.

A LOT has happened since my last blog so I am hoping that I can remember it all.

On the Wed we had a cast party at Typhoon which was AMAZING. There was fireworks and really cool music. I did get hit around by waves and I am still feeling the pain but it was soooo cool.

In my last blog I mentioned the new arrivals which included our new merchie Alex. I went to their throw in on Thursday after a great day of work and got to hang out with my wonderful fellow Canadians.

Friday It rained like crazy but it did not stop Alex ,Jodey and I from going shopping. She found a grad dress that she liked and then we had dinner in the food court. It is going to be hard when she leaves this month because she has become an awesome friend :(.

On Sat when Alex received his Disney ID I met him and Cam (new F&B Canadian) and Shiv (CRP from India) at Magic Kingdom where we rode all three mountains (ie. Space, Splash and Thunder). It was so much fun to go on these rides during Wishes. The next night I also went mini putting after work which in Disney is so much fun!

As you may remember my RDOs are Monday and Tuesday so of course I did some really cool stuff on both days.

On Monday after doing my laundry (like a good girl) I went to the pool to hang out with my Canadian girls Bry and Laura D as well as Scott and Conner from Scotland.  We were also joined by some of our other friends from Italy. We ordered pizza and then it got very windy and somewhat cold. Not sure what living here is doing to me but I put on my jeans when I got home and met up with Alex and went out for dinner. After dinner we went to games which was Alex's first games.
Mexico, Norway, China, Outpost, Germany,Italy

On Tuesday Kailie, Alex and I met up at Epcot after Alex's discovery day and we took a trip around the world. I have not done this yet so I really wanted to do Kidcot and Kailie had a really cool idea to have a cast member in each location take our picture. It was so much fun seeing all of the different countries because the last time I saw them all was in 2006 and I don't think we spent much time in each country. Alex grabbed a beer in Germany and I grabbed a wine in Italy (it was amazing). When we got to Canada they were showing the new F&B around so we got to see all of them as well as see our fellow Canadians in action.

American Adventure, Japan, Morocco, France, UK, Canada
After Epcot and our trip around the world we took the boat to Hollywood Studios. Once there we headed to Rockin Roller Coaster to get a fast past (of course) and then headed to Tower of Terror where we rode it twice in a row. We also went to Star Tours before heading back to Rockin. After I stood in line for Fantasmic (my fav) while Kailie and Alex rode Tower of Terror for a third time. In the way into the amphitheater I was attacked by a stroller (apparently I was a great moving target). Kailie saw Fantasimic for the first time and of course loved it.

If all of that was not awesome enough the three of us took a cab to DTD and we saw Iron Man 3 at the AMC theater. I miss my theater family back home A LOT and being in the theater made me feel a tiny home sick. However I was very impressed since it was what they call Fork and Screen which means, Yes we ate while we watched the movie. It was so cool and the best way to end the night. Which I have to thank Kailie for such an amazing idea :)

Yesterday at work I had a guest come in with his family and it turned out that he was
a CRP in 08/09 which was so cool because he was the first former merchie that I have met.

Hopefully I will not go so long in-between this and my next blog.

Also this week is trainer Zach's birthday so HAPPY BIRTHDAY to him :)

In another side note my aunt, uncle and cousin will be arriving next week so look out for a family related post.

I also want to point out

how awesome my mom and sister are for sending me my first care package.
